  2 – CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  Orders can be canceled by customers at no cost, provided that the cancellation before payment and their dispatch processing is carried out. After sending an order, if the request for cancellation, this will be treated as return.

  Failure to pay the order within five (6) days following the date on which it was made results in automatic cancellation of the same.
